Hype House Events plans events around venue availability, creative production schedules, suppliers, and staffing. Because each event is bespoke, changes should be communicated as early as possible.
Cancellation requests should be sent to us in writing. We will review the request against the event-specific agreement, work already performed, supplier commitments, and the applicable cancellation terms communicated to the client.
Clients may request a change of event date as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the venue, production team, and third-party suppliers. A revised event scope or date may require a new written agreement.
If an event is affected by severe weather, government restrictions, venue closure, supplier failure, or another circumstance outside reasonable control, Hype House Events will work with the client on a practical alternative such as rescheduling or revising the event plan.
This website does not process online payments. This page does not create a refund entitlement or describe an online payment process; any commercial terms are governed by the event-specific agreement between Hype House Events and the client.
