Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not by itself guarantee an event date, venue, supplier, or service availability. A booking becomes confirmed only after Hype House Events communicates confirmation and the parties agree on the applicable event scope and commercial terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and accurate event requirements. Changes to guest counts, venues, schedules, themes, or requested services may require a revised proposal and availability confirmation.

The current website does not provide an online payment facility. No payment transaction is completed through the website, and no payment credentials should be submitted through website forms. Any commercial arrangements are handled separately between Hype House Events and the client.
